Your phone becomes a private exit for AI agents — their traffic goes out through a real home/mobile IP instead of a datacenter, so they pass the "verify you're human" checks that block datacenter IPs. Two roles exist: the relay operator (us — a transport intermediary) and the exit-device owner (whoever runs the app; their IP is what target sites see). The documents below set out the rules for both.
By creating an account, running an exit device, or using the Service you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and — if you run an exit — the Exit-Device Owner Agreement.
We act as a transport intermediary. We do not monitor or control the content of routed traffic. You are solely responsible for the traffic you originate and for ensuring your use of any target site or network is lawful and permitted.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties, including that any IP will be unblocked. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party actions taken against an exit device's IP; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal risk. You may close your account at any time. Full terms, governing law and venue are set in the final document.
HumanProxy is for lawful automation only. You must not use it — or let anyone using your account or device use it — for:
Web automation and scraping are allowed only where lawful and consistent with the target's terms. Violations lead to suspension or termination without refund.
When you run the app as an exit, the IP target sites see is your device's IP. It routes other users' outbound traffic — never your own browsing, and never access to your files. This can, in principle, lead to your IP receiving abuse reports or being temporarily blocklisted.
Consent-first, always — we never enroll an exit silently. All users are bound by the AUP, and we suspend accounts on credible abuse reports.
We collect account data (email, password hash, billing IDs via Stripe — never card details), device data, and connection metadata (bytes transferred, timestamps, device used) needed to meter usage and respond to abuse.
We do not sell your data or store the contents of the traffic you route (we can't read encrypted payloads). Connection metadata is kept for a limited retention window and then deleted or aggregated, except under legal hold. You may request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
If traffic from a HumanProxy IP has harmed you, email [email protected] with the offending IP, timestamp(s), abuse type, and evidence. We acknowledge, correlate the IP to the responsible account, and act — up to immediate termination for egregious cases (CSAM, fraud, intrusion). Exit-device owners are not held responsible for traffic they did not originate when they've complied with the Exit-Device Owner Agreement.
